To all relevant departments of the Macau SAR Government,
为持续优化澳门特区的行政效率，达成提升公共服务及保障居民合法权益，确保资料信息的更新工作与时代同步，现定于2024年开展针对特区正版资料的全面更新工作。此次更新将涵盖宏观经济、重点项目、教育资源、医疗卫生、法律保障、旅游发展等重要领域，并将针对公众关心的热门问题进行深入解答，确保资料信息准确性的同时，落实最新热门问题的相关解答，为市民提供最新、最准确的政策解读及服务指引。
In order to continuously enhance the administrative efficiency of the Macau Special Administrative Region (MACAO SAR), achieve the improvement of public services, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of residents, it is determined to carry out a comprehensive update of MACAO SAR's copyrighted materials in 2024. The update will cover key areas such as macroeconomics, key projects, educational resources, medical and health care, legal protection, and tourism development, and will provide in-depth answers to popular concerns, ensuring the accuracy of material information and implementing relevant answers to the latest hot topics, providing residents with the latest and most accurate policy interpretations and service guidelines.

一、更新范围

二、任务分工
2. Task Allocation
2.1 各部门需根据本通知要求，结合自身职责，对权责范围内的资料进行及时更新，并在规定时间内完成汇总上报工作。
2.1 In accordance with the requirements of this notice, each department should update the materials within its jurisdiction in a timely manner and complete the central collection and report work within the specified time.
2.2 对于涉及多个部门的资料更新，应由牵头部门负责组织协调，确保各相关部门的信息资源共享与更新进度的同步。
2.2 For material updates involving multiple departments, the leading department shall be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the sharing and synchronization of information resources and update progress among the relevant departments.
2.3 各相关部门在更新过程中需严格遵守保密法规，确保更新工作的安全、有效。
2.3 During the update process, each relevant department is required to strictly comply with the confidentiality regulations to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the update work.
三、更新准则
3. Update Guidelines
3.1 资料更新需遵循以下准则：

四、实施步骤
4. Implementation Steps
4.1 本次更新工作分为三个阶段进行：
4.1 The update work is divided into three stages:
4.1.1 第一阶段：对现有资料进行盘点，确定需要更新的材料清单；
4.1.1 Stage 1: Inventory of existing materials to determine the list of materials that need to be updated;
4.1.2 第二阶段：各部门根据清单进行资料更新，并提供相关支撑材料；
4.1.2 Stage 2: Each department updates materials according to the list and provides supporting materials;
4.1.3 第三阶段：集中汇总，对更新后的资料进行审核、备案。
4.1.3 Stage 3: Centralized collection, review and record keeping of updated materials.
五、监督评估
5. Supervision and Evaluation
5.1 本次更新工作结束后，将对更新成果进行评估与总结，对表现优秀的部门进行表扬。
5.1 After the completion of this update work, the results will be reviewed and summarized, and departments with excellent performance will be commended.
5.2 对于更新不及时、不到位的部门，将根据具体情况予以警示或问责。
5.2 For departments that do not update in a timely or proper manner, warnings or accountability measures will be taken according to the specific situation.
六、其他

6.1 本通知自发布之日起施行，有效期至2024年底。
6.1 This notice is implemented from the date of issue, and its validity will last until the end of 2024.
6.2 如在实施过程中有新的要求和补充规定，将另行通知。
6.2 If there are new requirements and supplementary provisions during the implementation process, they will be notified separately.
